I never been to drone events but I'm curios about how do drone events work,There are way too many pilots and how do people get their signal without messing with others?

Does anyone have a way to stop the pigtail solder joints disconnecting on the drone? The negative solder joint keeps disconnecting after 5 or so flights. Tried using flux but it just won't stick. Thanks!

a lot of you suggesting vleaning the motors but unfortunately the sound is exactly the same after cleaning 😶😶

So I tested the motors and 2 of them have grinding sound....

Is it just dust ?? And should I take it apart and clean it but I know it is painful and sketchy 😕😕

Is it okay to fly like that ?

I went flying with this sound, but I didn't know if the oscillation where from the motors or from the windy weather

I am very new to the FPV community, and I am just starting to get sim time. I feel in love with the hobby on first sight and really want to get into it.

Unfortunately... I'm broke.

I've done a lot of research on what drone I should get or even if I should build my own, but I kind of just got lost and overwhelmed by all the choices.

Here I few things I would want in my ideal FPV drone:

-budget friendly (no DJI)

-3.5 - 5 inch Tiny whoops don't really excite me, but maybe you can persuade me otherwise.

-Can carry an action cam

-dead-cat (I don't really like the look of the props on the screen)

-Can take an absolute beating

-Cheap replacement parts

-An all round nice drone

If you have any suggestions of a drone or a setup, please let me know! I am desperately lost.

Trying to sell this thing. I am a brand new pilot, and got it in a bundle, and have no clue what it is, what to list it for, or how much I should sell it for. Would love to have some pointers on this. I asked chatGPT, and it said it was a DJI, but doesn't look like it has any DJI components in it, and has an FrSky transmitter I think.

New to the hobby and recently bought an Air75 II. The motor wires keep breaking off the main boards soldering and Ive had to resoder once already and just now I snapped another wire. Is there a good way of preventing this? Im out of town so I’ll have to wait to solder it when I get back but I was looking forward to flying it where Im visiting.

I currently have HDZero goggles, but I’m looking for something with significantly better range, penetration, and video quality. I’m really torn between the Walksnail Goggles L, Goggles X, and DJI Goggles 3.

My main priority is maximum range. But I will be using it for my regular 2-5” quads as well so I want it to be durable as well.

Guys help, I have a problem with the Receiver.

It's connected but the pads are not moving.

And says thats its in Failsafe mode.

Only that its the problem right now.

Question... Built my LR4, reconfigured it for Ascent and wired a LRS unit to it... passes the smoke stopper, powers up perfect, ELRS binds easy, props off I accelerate to test motors but when I let off the throttle after 50% it starts to run away and increase its speed all by itself?...

What am I doing wrong?

hello, this is not entirely fpv question,but if you have limited source of money and you are starting fpv what system,i fly with rc planes and i need the system to be able to do headtrecking and i want the best quality, do i go for dji or walksnail

Jumping into my first 5 inch used from someone that went to extra length in bardwell server to give all pictures and video to show solid a quad. Currently Crux 35 is my biggest but any tip I should know?
