An old hardware-hacker friend of mine recommended diyfpv.com to me, and I'm delighted to see that there are so many others who share my interest in true DIY designs! For anyone interested in building their own DIY flight controller from COTS components, I'm happy to announce that I'm selling -- at cost plus a dollar -- two versions of a tiny breakout board for the popular BMI088 inertial measurement unit (IMU). After many years of tinkering with existing FCs, microcontrollers (MCUs), and IMU breakouts, I arrived at a solution based on the popular Teensy4 line of Arduino-compatible MCUs. All the code -- including a simple simulator based on Webots platform is open-source, of course, and available on github. My aim with this project is not to compete with existing, powerful ecosystems like diyfpv, but rather to offer a minimalist (under 3,000 lines of code) platform for researchers and hobbyists to develop their own designs, experiment with sensor funsion and closed-loop control, etc., in a way that leverages the enormous Arduino ecoysystem for sensors and actuator. Suggestions / questions are welcome!

If anyone wants a FPV drone but doesn't want to build it. I am able to build and ship to you with a labor cost if you cover the cost of the parts themselves. Located in East Texas, USA

i think in the marketplace we should be able to hide and unhide the dji's drones (especially the ones that are not even an fpv). im not even sure if they should be allowed here because this is not a website for dji minis etc. its literally called diyfpv which stands for handmade first person view drones. (im writing this as a person that checks the website around 3 times daily for marketplace and sees only dji drones for the last couple days/weeks)

Looking for your unwanted components, Walksnail cams/vtx, fc/esc, mini frames, ect… trying to build my fleet back. I had about ten years of the hobby stolen from me. I was left with my Goggles X, an old race one quad. I had to purchase a new transmitter, so I can at least fly simulators for now. It’s extremely depressing. I don’t have it like I used to so,

I’m keeping an eye out on some great deals. If anyone has any unwanted gear you’d be willing to part with free or super cheap. HMU. I love the hobby and this wonderful community! I’ll be back daily, checking the marketplace…..

Found this a few days ago, kinda forgot that I had it TBH... Years ago I had this set up with a Pico Itx computer, running Mission Planner, and a10" Screen... computer and screen are gone.. the ER9X radio is working, and could be used to run an ELRS Tx... kinda fun project for the right person. headed for the trash, so best offer takes it , Cheers!
