Meet and greet

Sup !?

Zeal-FPV here... I'm in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA area... I mainly use FPV fixed-wing Flying-wings. I had a drone but, ever since I smashed that to smithereens; I haven't cared enough to fix it. So... it's literally been collecting dust on one of my shelves.

The Attached photo is my WalkSnail Avatar 40" Flying-wing, built from a CrashTestHobby Rebel S-14 kit using a 4s 1800mAh 40a 2306 1750kV motor turning a 7050 Gemfan prop. I also use an AlightWings Flik ( Non-FPV ), so our LOS Aviators don't feel left out.

Our flight crew tries to meet at Belmont Plateau on Sunday from 11am and stay till our batteries are spent ( ~4 to 6 hours, weather permitting, even during Winter with snow ). Plenty of food and drink from a vendor on site ( or bring your own stuff ). We plan to bring a Honda / Jackery Generator for on site lipo charging eventually.

Hit me up ( email is best ) if you'd like to join us, and we'll link up further for better coordination!

MAY FAIR WINDS BE WITH YOU !!

Hello everyone. New here, been building and flying drones about 6-7 months now. I have a few quads, but here is my custom 3.5" amazon frame I built up, but it still needs to be dialed in and tuned. I also have a BetaFPV Champion 75 and a custom 2s 2.5" setup I'm building. I'm in the Central Valley and Bay Area California if anyone wants to fly one day.

Who here is from the Metro Detroit (Michigan) area that would seriously be interested in meeting up sometime to have a Michigan meetup? I am looking to meet some people who are really chill. My experience is still petty amateur but not noobish l, I would love to learn from others and just have a blast of time flying? (About 2 years of flying)

My current line up consist of the following!

If not in person, simulator buddies would be fun. Advid user in SlackerFPVs discord with Vegan, Tdog, poppaperc, others! Never enough friends to fly with.

Hit me up in dms.

Just roaming around DIYFPV and amazed how super genius this is! I absolutely f-ing love it! It gives me goosebumps 😍😍😍😍

My name is Dion and I'm from the Netherlands and I'm a newbie with FPV but! Ive seen a ton of Youtube videos and I wants it sooo badly precious! 😍😍😍😍

I used to fly DJI drones until all those rules including the weight. And because I got TBI (Traumatic Brain injury) Unfortunately I'm not allowed to get the right papers to fly legally... A big thanks to terminal braincancer! Because of that I also lost my job because I'm to big a risk I'm now trying to survive with a disability cheque around 1100,- euros and that ain't much and not enough to live in one of the most expensive country's on this beautiful planet. My medicines alone cost around 2200,- a month. I can only afford just a tiny bit of that with all the terrible consequences like severe epileptic seizures, headache 24/7 that feels like 30 migraines at the same time, my body is rapidly degrading because of some meds and the result of 12 chemotherapy sessions and 3 radiotherapys...Im more like a 85 year old instead of a 45 year old. Cancer takes so much more away then only your health...Yeah! Life is full of surprises! So now I'm trying to save me some money to buy a Radiomaster pocket to learn how to fly in the simulator. Unfortunately my brain is not a healthy one. So it doesn't filter so everything comes in with a full 100% with the result of a epileptic shutdown/crash/burn...

Anyone know some other cool places to fly in Arizona. Lets hook up. I know a really cool place to fly called Box Canyon its so cool back there. Even got footage of some desert mountain sheep last time i was there!
