Maybe the connection came lose, the one that connects o4 to flight controller. Have a look if all cables inside are secure connected.
Sounds either a cable is loose or it's dropping below 5v and switches off.

Finally arrived. Nexa 3.5 EVO PRO (DJI O4 PRO) from AvionRC.
Build quality is very good.
Time to set it up and get some 4s 650's and 850's charged up.
Feels like xmas 😅.

Amazing radio for thumb and pinchers. Full size gimbals rd90 that feel amazingly precise. Very compact radio, came with bag. Got mine on sale for 140euro, absolute bargain.
Can highly recommend.
