Try new props.

The motors have small nubs that press into the props when tightened. If the props are overtightened, the material is pressed out of the props, small grooves form and the nubs can no longer hold them in place.

PIT Mode? Have you tried arming? On mine it did that the first time and when I armed (acro no throttle) it worked
