@Lyghtz can you post some pics of props and motors, and props on motors with nuts screwed as much as you can.
This is unusual. Some pictures might help

I'm pretty sure lock tight dissolves props and makes them explode midair. Bardwell warns about it pretty often.

Idk if it would help to get more of the shaft through the nut or not, but they do make low profile prop nuts. They have the locking nylon ring like most others but they are a little shorter and would allow more of the shaft to come through the tops. Also if possible you can tighten them with an 8mm wrench or socket and ratchet. I’ve never heard someone having such trouble. I hope this time you find a permanent solution. If they just will not stay and all other options do not work. Red lock tight and tighten them down really tight will for sure stop it. But it will be tough getting them off. Sorry you’re having such trouble. Maybe some one has a better idea?

Yeah I requested an refund, and about the thightening never hurts to mention it. But I made sure that they were locked thought as far as they go acoroding to they’re specifications using an electric plier wich measures who much force something is thightend

That is very odd. Since this is probably a pretty new quad, I would definitely email geprc about it. If you're doing everything how they intended it should not loosen.
Also, make sure you're tightening them down enough, I know it's annoying to hear that, but it's always possiblew.

i already bought 2 new sets, and these new ones where quite expensive and purpose made and sold for fpv so maybe its bad nuts but at the same time it seems unlikely to me

I read the question again and now I understand. I've never really heard of anyone having this problem before so that indicates bad nuts to me.
The first ones look fine, but I would just order some new ones. They're pretty cheap

These are all I currently have

Can you send me a picture of them? Also, are they new?
Do they have the nylock part on one side?

The batteries are 100% not your problem (lipos will charge past rating and blow up lol). Its possible the charger doesn't go up to 4.35v (make sure it's on the right setting if applicable), especially if you checked it with a multimeter. However, when I plug in a tinywhoop, I never see 4.35v. I usually see 4.2 so you are almost certainly just fine. I'm guessing the FC/vtx just pull enough current by themselves to make the voltage drop.
