Which FPV Simulator Do You Prefer and Why?
I think this might be a good topic as well since I have yet to see it. What simulator do you prefer and why?
Me myself I use both Uncrashed and Liftoff also Liftoff Micros. I feel like Liftoff has a better physics feeling to it as far as gravity goes, where Uncrashed seems a little more floaty.

Same here, I perfer Liftoff. I've also tried TRYP FPV and found that it feels too floaty

I started off with DRL, and that was great for a beginner, but I bought velocidrone within a month, because DRL is too floaty, I can't even play it anymore. FPV skydive (Free) was too real (Physics-wise, graphics are horrible) at first but I have been enjoying it more lately I may spring for the extra content. I have been using the parking garage level on FPVskydive to practice throttle control.

@Quadbeard89 I like that they have a setting to add "noise" to the camera, so you're flying analog.

@jcon I like that as well. Since I have digital and analog quads only thing about the analog setting is it’s way too flashy than reality and usually gives me a headache lol
Edit: sorry I was thinking Liftoff and not skydive. 😅

I started with liftoff as I started off by following the Joshua Bardwells learn to fly fpv tutorials and I have pretty much stuck with that so far..

Uncrashed for freestyle, and Velocidrone for racing and good physics

I’ve got lift off and liftoff micros aswell as velocidrone and although velocidrone got a lot more maps and pretty good physics I always end up on liftoff by the end lol it’s what’s I started with. Both are much fun tho I think having them all is the only option tho I’m planning to get the rest aswell

@TrippyFPV. Awesome! I do have a bunch of them as well, FPV free rider and free rider recharged, FPV sky.dive, and DRL. But find myself back to Liftoff the most.

I fly uncrashed a lot. Lift off when I feel competitive lmao. Set your gravity in uncrashed to 11.5, it feels WAAAAY better

@BackShotsFPV yeah I’ve played with the gravity settings from 10-15 and idk just still doesn’t feel right don’t get me wrong I still play it because I like the maps a lot more

Started with fpv freerider, still an awesome sim to learn what the sticks do imo. Now I have lift off and velocie, gotta say super disappointed by the maps on lift off and prefer velocie for the maps, other than that both great sims

Thanks for asking that, @Quadbeard89! I was hoping to find a post like this in here. I'm going to go buy a PS4 controller and download Liftoff today. Sounds like a great place to begin this journey.

Most of the time I m using Uncrashed because of its maps but I also learn flying in Liftoff and Velocidrone, RDS, FPV Logic..

@M4R5_FPV I like seeing ppl using multiple simulators but I started off on Liftoff and got the others as I went along to try them out and find what feels the best.
