Interesting frame. But its heavier than your current frame. And probably wouldn't freestyle that great cause of that.
If your looking for a new frame, any of the popular 1s 75mm frames should work well with your setup.
Pusher setups do provide a bit more thrust.

You can freestyle anything in my opinion ☺️

Yes. So unfortunate. The things we find ourselves doing for these quads.

Looks good really.
You might be able to smooth those jitters out by raising or lowering TPA Rate.
I would try raising first.

Awesome video!
Shouldn't have to guess where it is.
Should be within ~50ft of the last known coordinates before the splash.
I'd revisit :)

Perfect!
That's where I pulled those settings, from Air75 freestyle CLI :)
Also keep in mind that flight controller can come with various gyros.
Make sure to use the the CLI settings for the gyro that is installed on your board.
In your case it's the BMI270.
Glad you got it working.
Have fun.

Backup your settings first
Type

dump

in the CLI
Then press "Save to file button" to save on your computer

Now copy the following to the CLI

set gyro_lpf1_static_hz = 0
set gyro_lpf2_static_hz = 550
set dyn_notch_count = 2
set dyn_notch_q = 450
set dyn_notch_max_hz = 500
set gyro_lpf1_dyn_min_hz = 0
set gyro_lpf1_dyn_max_hz = 550
set acc_calibration = 17,43,30,1
set dshot_bidir = ON
set dshot_bitbang = AUTO
set motor_pwm_protocol = DSHOT300
set motor_poles = 12
set align_board_yaw = -135
set vbat_scale = 113
set ibata_offset = -600
set yaw_motors_reversed = ON
set small_angle = 180
set simplified_gyro_filter_multiplier = 110
set tpa_rate = 60
set tpa_breakpoint = 1220
save

This should set your filters and board alignment for your gyro
If this doesn't help we'll try PIDs next

Go into the CLI tab type

I don't understand why your vtx power is reporting 20 in the OSD. Looking at your vtx table It should be reporting 25.  R : 1 : 25

This is just a  guess but I think the transmitter is transmitting at 200mw on Channel Race 1 and your not seeing that last zero on the OSD for some reason.

The reason your getting static at 25 meters could be because your goggles are manually set to another channel other than Race 1?
(I can go a few hundred meters on 25mw and still have good video)

Check  your goggle settings to see if they are manually set to a different channel.
You can also  try using auto scan to make sure it locks on to the channel your vtx is transmitting on.

When you are checking for stick movement, the O4 Air unit needs to be powered on as well. So you have to be connected to Betaflight with a battery connected to the Vision40 at the same time.

Did you have a battery connected when you were checking for stick movement before?

If no, check again with a battery connected this time.

If you did have a battery connected and did not get stick movement

Try the following:

-Copy\Paste:

set sbus__baud__fast=on

into your Betaflight Configuator CLI then hit enter.

Then

-Copy\Paste:

save

into your Betaflight Configuator CLI then hit enter.

Power up your Air Unit and goggles

Then in your Goggles menu go to:
Settings>Control>Protocol
Make sure "Sbus Baud Fast" is selected

Now check if there is stick movement

Looking at the Rotor Riot page for the Vision40 2S the drone should be set up to connect to DJI out of the box.
So assuming that try this.

-In  the ports tab in Betaflight
Make sure Serial Rx is enabled on  UART 5

-Power On Devices:
Ensure both the DJI Goggles 3 and DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 are powered on.

-Enter Binding Mode:
For the Goggles: Hold the power button until it beeps.
For the Remote Controller: Hold the power button until it beeps.

If you haven't done this already bind the O4 Air Unit to the goggles

Enter bind mode in the goggles.
On the O4 Air unit
Press and hold the bind button until the LED indicator changes to a rapid green flash.
The Goggles should beep indicating the binding was successful.

While connected to Betaflight in Receiver tab verify controller is working.

It looks like UART3 should be set to VTX(MSP + DisplayPort)
If you are using the DJI controller set UART1 to serial rx.
if you are using ELRS set UART 2 to serial rx

They were my first set of googles. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Never tried to mod them. The video quality is not good enough to even make it worth the time to try. I ended up with a set of Dominator V can't remember the version. Should have just went that route to start with.
The specs on those tijrc's looks good. You just don't know how they will work until you get a set. Couldn't find any reviews on them.

A few weeks ago I had the exact same issue with one of my quads.
I should take notes on this stuff cause I forgot what I did exactly to fix it.
Can't remember if I reinstalled betaflight that fixed it, or downgraded firmware on my radio.
I'm running 3.6.2 on my radio.
What version of ELRS are you running on your radio?
