I feel a lot of friction and scrubbing at a certain point of the motor and I hear a clicking sound

If u look at the right side of the motor you can see that it looks a little different

After I crashed my motor started making a weird noise when i turn it manually and the motor hub looks like it has shifted away from the center. Is there any way I can fix the motor or do i have to replace it?

Why can't I get the "device ready" setting on my vtx to say true? Everything seems to be wired correctly and I have selected the right port, yet it still says "device ready false" in the video transmitter tab in betaflight. How do I fix this?

I forget to buy a lipo strap, is it okay to use zip ties instead? I know this seems like a stupid question but I don't want to risk damaging my batterys

No, I arm the drone, then I add some throttle to check if everything works fine and when i lower the throttle the motors keep spinning at the same speed or start accelerating until I disarm the drone

Hello, I just recently built my first fpv drone and I ran into an issue.

Sometimes when I decrease the throttle on my remote the motors keep spinning at the same speed. I flashed the firmwere yesterday and it all seemed fine in betaflight. How do I fix this?
