Grinding Motor Noise Persists After Cleaning - What to Do?
So I posted a video of my motors that have grinding sound..
a lot of you suggesting vleaning the motors but unfortunately the sound is exactly the same after cleaning 😶😶

Did you disassemble the motors, completely removing the bell from the stator, when cleaning? If so, it is possible that your motor bearings are failing, and you might just have to get new motors to solve this problem.

@AurilFPV + @john35588 Can't it be the bell hitting the stator ? The motors feel a little but wobbly but I don't know if that's the problem...
+ I mean I can still fly like that right ??

If the motors are feeling wobbly then it’s almost certainly the bearings having gone out. The bearings are supposed to hold the bell perfectly parallel to the stator so they don’t rub.
You can fly it like this, but the vibrations will likely get worse, and your motors will probably get hotter than they would before.
The best move would be to replace them.

sounds a lot like shredded bearings. normally this happening on 2 motors on the same side indicates a pretty bad crash, which is info you should include in troubleshooting if it happened. this also explains why you are getting prop wash and has nothing to do with pid tunes or how the drone comes from the factory. motors should not feel "wobbly" at all, that is a problem. it being able to technically fly and it being a good idea to fly are 2 different things. its really dangerous to throttle up like that on a bench with props on, flipping it over doesnt matter, btw.
