I am looking for the cheapest 6s 1100mAh battery and the cheapest charger for that battery. Does anyone know what I should get?
The most affordable way to safely charge batteries is to purchase a 6S BMS (Battery Management System) from AliExpress and solder a few wires to a BMS connector. Additionally, you'll need a PD (Power Delivery) trigger board to connect a USB-C cable from a power brick. Since you're using a 6S setup, you'll need to boost the voltage output of the PD trigger board. To do this, use a voltage step-up board and set it to an output voltage of 25.2V. Assemble all the components using XT-60 or XT30 connectors, and voilà—a budget-friendly, safe DIY charger (provided everything is connected correctly).
However, I do not recommend taking this DIY approach, as the charger is a tool you'll use frequently. Investing in a reliable charger is crucial for long-term use. One of the cheapest, worth getting, ready-to-use options is the SkyRC B6 Neo. It comes with a built-in PD trigger board, voltage multiplier, and connectors for up to 6S. Priced around €30, the B6 Neo is compact, performs excellently, and is definitely worth the investment.
