How Long to Let Your Quad Rest Between Flights?
How long do you let your quad rest between flights? Do your motors overheat?
For the newbee VR drone with brushed motors, I found flying 6+ batteries back to back to be too much for the motors. So I started only flying 4 batteries at a time and giving it a 10-15 minute break before flying another 4 batteries.
I just got the acrobee75 and i'm excited to be flying brushless finally, and with an adjustable camera! Anybody have experience with 0804 motors, or the VTX overheating?

vtx can overheat (if you fly slow) if you give it less than 5-10 seconds in between packs, but brushless motors are much better at dealing with heat

This is a really good question. I've always had really good luck with Air65 F out of the box. This last one I got (yes, I've been through multiple), I ran it hard for like 8 packs, and one of the motors just quit mid flight. Ever since then, I've been wondering this same thing.
Let me know if you've already flown it. Is it the blv5?

I've flown the acrobee75 blv5 (Yes) but not hard or pack after pack yet, still getting my bearings with it. Its a nice upgrade from the VR drone, but its gonna take some time getting used to the weight and power. Also I need to work on landing, and I wish the battery was on top, I've already roughed up one battery. Gotta put some protection down there.
