Wow - congrats on doing an O4 build! I've been flying sub250 builds with DJI Vista for a while and just got an O3 build going a few months ago - have not done a maiden flight on it yet as winter weather not co-operating. Saving up for an O4 Pro sub250 build. I hope your build flies well.

Looks great! I'm waiting for my o4 to arrive. What modifications have you made, perhaps you could provide a parts list for others to be able to replicate your masterpiece?

@Liquideath Thanks, for parts I'm using;
- Pavo pico frame (clear) (I had to purchase the Pavo20 VTX mount (grey) because the pico version was out of stock)
- HQ ultralight 40mm prop 1.5mm shaft
- JHEMCU F411 ELRS2.4 AIO 12A 1-2s
- HGLRC Specter 1003 10000KV
- DJI O4 (lite)
I'm using 2s 450 lipos with XT30 and get around 3-4 minutes.
The only difficulty was mounting the camera, eventually I managed to mount it using longer M2 screws on each end with a spacer in-between the camera mount and screw hole for the camera unit. So far, the footage is clear with no vibrations luckily. 😀

@Lagkapt Why did you pick 10 000kv motors instead of 14 000kv motors that come stock?
