Hey Kuzhii, I used CNHL Blacks 1300mAh 6s 100C for a couple years and just recently upgraded to Tattu R-line 1300mAh 6S 160C. I can really recommend them they are a bit more on the expensive side but I get about 2min more of average flight time on my 5-inch quad and the voltage sag is also a lot less.
Thanks for the info, I was looking at the Tattu R-line as they had good reviews so thank you I will get a couple of them, any reason why you use 1300mAh and not higher?
I just wanted to keep the total weight of my quad as low as possible. But if this is no concern you can easily go up to a 1800mAh battery, its about a 80g difference.
A bunch, lol. For my r-lines; I have 4s 850s, 4s 1800s, 6s 850s, 6s 1400s, 1600s, 1800s. GNBs are all LiHVs. Ranging from 720mah to 1800 4s and 6s. Ovonic's are really cheap, I don't expect them to last long, but the Mah range is the same as the r-lines. I am currently stocking up on upgrade energy LIion packs for longer duration cruise flights/long range. Those are all reds from 6s 2800 mah to 5000.
Good pick! Just a heads up with the SMCs, and people correct me if I'm wrong, pay attention to the voltage when nearing 3.5 and understand the data sheet. Great batteries, but when you hit the landing voltage, make sure you land lol.
Yeah you are correct, when they drop they drop haha, I will change my warnings for the battery voltage in betaflight, should be good, but thanks for the heads up
