I have read that when using a DJI O4 Pro with an elrs system you have to remove the yellow wire on the connection from the O4 to the flight controller to stop interference between the two systems.

Is this correct?

A guy form Bathurst has reached out and offered to help me so if I can’t improve after some more practice I’ll take him up on his offer

You’ve created a real community of support and should be proud of what you’re doing, unlike some other forums that I’ve seen where they give Newbie’s a real flogging.

Soldering tips

I’m building my first drone and have watched several YouTube videos on soldering including JB and have practiced on practice boards with reasonable success but when i tried to solder my Speedybee ESC I just can’t get the solder to stick to it, I’ve tried with flux and without it. My soldering station has temperature control and I’m using 60/40 solder. I’m concerned that I’m going to wreck my ESC if I put too much heat into it.

Any tips
