yes - the Radiomaster Pocket ELRS 2.4GHz transmitter should work with the GEPRC Tern LR40 when equipped with an ELRS 2.4GHz receiver

When will the other features of the Map be opened for the public? Im especially excited for the "Flying Spots" feature, i think it has the potential to become a better verision of fpvspots.net

You can definitely build with a fixed temp iron. I've done full builds with one - just keep your technique clean, work quickly, and let joints cool between attempts. Most drone components have similar heat requirements anyway. The key is using flux and keeping your tip well-tinned for good heat transfer. If it works for your small repairs, it'll handle a full build with proper care.
