I fly typically in the Savannah area. Have a Meteor 85 and a 5" Freestyle quad. I have a youtube, it's pretty bare-bones and most of the videos are unlisted. Radiomaster Boxer Fatshark Dominator Goggles 5" Volador frame BetaFPV Meteor 85

Could we add Printables to social media links on the profiles? I think it would be nice to have since this is a fairly 3D Printing heavy hobby.

Is this a 5" or a 3.5"? Seems to fly really smooth.

You're truly just in some type of wasteland 😂

How do you feel about box goggles? I have only ever used the FatShark Dominators, but I am considering getting a lower priced pair of box goggles so I can get into smaller cheaper whoops.

How are the flights with it?

I'd be curious to see how this totals out and how that price compares to just buying a Mob 7 or Vision 40. I currently use the Meteor 85 HD and really like it, but it's a bit much for indoor flying imo.

Is there a reason the camera seems so far set back into the mount and shows so much of the frame? I feel like there has to be maybe some 3D print that could help you adapt that to mount a bit more forward.

Have you figured this out? I would recommend plugging it in to BetaFlight to run some tests on it. Take the props off and spin the motors and check what the readings on BetaFlight say. That could tell you some information. It could be some lose or poor connections between motors and AIO or even the battery leads could have come lose where they're soldered to the AIO.

Great Props!

So far these are my favorite and best performing props for my 5" Freestyle drone!

Left a review on product RadioMaster Boxer Radio Controller

Great Daily Driver!

I use this as my daily driver. It is the first radio I ever bought. I designed and 3D printed some new joysticks for it. Overall it's a 5/5 from me.

Daily Driver

I purchased these second hand.

I replaced the head strap with a more elastic one, but outside of that, everything with them has been amazing! Great starter goggle for the WS system. I would probably recommend getting the Goggles X at this point though. That way you have analog capability.

Looks Cool, A lot of Prop Wash for me

They look nice, but they give me pretty rough prop wash on my freestyle. They could very well work on another setup perfectly though.

Great Batteries

These batteries are a bit heavy, but that comes with the extra protection.

I have destroyed only one of these batteries and that was from slamming the ground full speed from about 200ft on my 5". Shattered the GoPro too, but that's part of the fun.

They work great

I haven't had any issues with these and I have been running them for a couple of months.

I would recommend the Meteor 85 HD from BetaFPV. They have a Walksnail option which seems to be the video system you have linked. I have one and I love it!
It's a great starter drone that can still rip around, but is very durable and can't really hurt anyone like a heavier 5" can.
