Issues with Emax-USA Customer Service and Wrong Items
Has anyone had any luck getting through to Emax-USA? They sent me the wrong items, I opened a ticket… and noticed I still had some pending from last July. But really, I’m not trying to be out of some money because someone else messed up. Really like their products but the customer service needs a better pid tune lol

Thanks, I emailed them and also left a message on the answering service. If I don't hear back by the end of the week ill let ya know. I sure do appreciate it!

Hey Stew,
I tried emailing them twice at the customer support email. Opened two of the support tickets...(from this time around others from last year still processing), I made a FB post on the official Emax group, and I also called a service number that I tracked down, and left two messages. I have yet to hear anything from them regarding the order nor the process to correct this. I'm trying to not do a charge back because half the order was right.... I dunno, I feel like I'm getting shafted for some reason... I'm going to DM ya the pictures of everything if that's ok. I sure do appreciate it!

@barroyo3 The first pic is of the order, the second is what's wrong with the order. Then a pic of the aio I purchased on their site, based solely on looks, there isn't a description, the next is the batts that was suppose to be 320mah, but was sent 300mah. the next picture is of the aio i received and its definitely not what's pictured. again thanks for the hopeful help!😁
Threw in the screen shots of the tickets as well as the fb post... Thought about making a video about the experience, but not sure I want to burn bridges this early in my journey lol though I am still debating it lol
