I bought the Sequre S99 (thanks Joshua Bardwell) from Aliexpress and it came like this. Did I get a fake? Works fine as far as I can tell.

It is a scam, it wants your credit card information. I got it too.

You have to get an adapter for that though and a VRX module.

No, I meant that the camera is sticking out and might get broken in a crash.
But I like analog too 🫠

Just keep in mind, heat damages lithium batteries, so that one might not fly as much as the others!

Dispose of it properly pls. It would be ideal to discharge it to 0v, then take it to an electronics shop where they have battery collection, but you can't safely discharge it, so I guess just take it to the battery collection point.

It is the silver component next to the antenna. Just remove it.

You can also remove the oscillator next to the ELRS antenna.

So you have an external receiver and don't want the integrated one to work?
ELRS is managed by the ESP8285 and the SX1281, so I guess you would have to remove those, but I am not sure that doing so will remove the RF completely, because the circuit might still make RF, but I genuinely don't know. Just be careful cause the board looks quite crowded and you could damage the blackbox chip.

For 1S tinywhoops I don't feel comfy recommending a HD VTX unless it is absolutely worth it, like the Meteor75 Pro O4. That one is good.
So your other option is an analog tinywhoop. Those are really cheap, Air65s and 75's currently going for ~80 euros.
And then you can get any cheap analog goggle, or if you want to invest in a HDzero BoxPro, that has both analog and HDzero (and some extras for the plus version).
For the radio, get a Radiomaster Pocket! I can't recommend the Pocket enough, it is THE GOAT of radios! It is 65$ and you never have to get another one.
My problem with the new ArtLynk system is that it has too much latency for fast flying. I would maybe put it in an RC car or something, but not a drone and especially not a fast tinywhoop. Even for beginners, you will outgrow it very fast!
If you buy decent gear now, it will save money on the long run. And remember these GOATs:
  -Air65 II, Air75 II
  -Radiomaster Pocket
  -HDzero BoxPro(+)

Prenons notre envol ensemble et propulsons le monde des drones FPV vers de nouveaux sommets.
