I’m just looking for some tips I’m not great and wanna work on smoother turns I can do it in the sim just can’t seem to keep it one motion when flying. Deepspace seeker 3

I would recommend setting the same rates and camera angle you're using in the sim on the quads you're flying.
Also, find the rates YOU are comfortable with.
I recommend nils vo's sim 'The Zone' to do this.

Make sure channel endpoint or range value in your transmitter is set to ~1000 to ~2000, and set the midpoint to 1500.
Check these values in Betaflight configurator in the Receiver tab.
