Hey guys! Anybody has any tips for trippy spins? I'm still beginner but i have learnt how to do matty flips, power loop, split-s, half matty and juicy flicks( there are still more like backflips, sideflips and you get it). I have just entered fpv about 2.5months now, and yeah, still getting hyped to fly everyday!! :) Any tips for trippy's will help. Thanks ya'll. Btw, has anybody started doing modifications like changing antennas to the Radiomaster T8L? I wanna try to change my antenna(if it even has one or is just and internal one) because 100mw is just way to less to be confident about not losing your drone when flying.

Get them tight in the sim first. Once you have developed muscle memory, try it IRL. You are probably gonna get a little gear fear when you first pitch up to start the trippy and feel inclined to abort but trust your conditioning and just send it through the motions. Took me far too long to get over that but once I just said 'fuck it' and sent it I finally landed one IRL.

Alright BlaqkstarFPV, I will try that. Is just that sometimes i can't control where i'm going when i'm trippying. Do I have to put my camera angle higher?

I have found that a 30-35 degree angle works pretty well. Also, try focusing on the top of the object you're trying to trippy and keep that centered in frame. Once you get a good even orbit established you dont really need to move the sticks all that much to keep it going.

Congratulations on your FPV progress your doing really well mate. I can't do anything yet - hahaha - just learnt how to steer so far. BlackstarFPV is right, gear fear is real - my precious.

Ahhh, Is fine man, as long as you can start to get comfortable with your controls of how your quad moves, you can start doing some tricks! Just start of by cruising round in a big field and enjoy! Are you flying a 5inch?

Yeah I'll stick with an open field for awhile. I'm flying a small whoop - not brave enough for an open prop drone just yet. I'm just a slow learner enjoying flying. I'm practicing split-s on the sim - so far I suck, one day I'll get it. Happy flying mate.
