Is 4S Battery Too Much for WS Mini VTX? Suggestions Needed!
I like how the Happymodel Crux 35 Analog version flies. I get almost 9 minutes of flight time on a 4S 650mAh cruising and doing light freestyle but the range and colors are terrible. I'm thinking of swapping the VTX to a WS Mini 1S for some better video quality and trade the flight time.
The question I have is, Is the 4S battery too much power for the WS VTX ? (I'm gonna install a fresh Super F405HD AIO as well)
What could go wrong 😅? Any suggestions ?

The mini 1s can take an input voltage between 3.1v - 13v. So a 4s (14.8v) is too much. You will need a bec/step down to be able to use it with 4s..

I fried my 04 Lite on 2s and sold my goggles later. I am trying to get into Walksnail, any suggestions on cameras and goggles? I fly sub 3" drone, so any small cameras that would fit? Also, I am trying to decide between the Goggles X, the Dominators, and the Walksnail Digital (V1) Goggles.

Might as well go Goggles x, if you’re planning for Walksnail. I’m strictly using them at the moment. I also recommend them. You can get a bundle with the moonlight cam/vtx for a little more. Saves a bit in the long run.

I think I'm set on getting the Goggles X but I have heard that the FOV is an issue with some pilots (not being able to see the corners clearly), is it an issue for you?
