Got some new blades, batteries and antennas. I feel like the Gemfans might be too heavy for the Firefly 16. Replacing the walksnail moonlight antenna was a PITA 🤦 but the bigger antennas look fire on the now revived Gofilm 20. Can't wait to get out and fly again !!

I like how the Happymodel Crux 35 Analog version flies. I get almost 9 minutes of flight time on a 4S 650mAh cruising and doing light freestyle but the range and colors are terrible. I'm thinking of swapping the VTX to a WS Mini 1S for some better video quality and trade the flight time.
The question I have is, Is the 4S battery too much power for the WS VTX ? (I'm gonna install a fresh Super F405HD AIO as well)
What could go wrong 😅? Any suggestions ?

[UPDATE]: Walksnail Moonlight No Video - Fixed.
It was due to a ruptured mipi cable from the camera to the VTX. I ended up replacing both the mipi cable as well as the cable from VTX to FC and the Moonlight system is working fine now.
Phew 😅. I was afraid of de-casing it and being unable to put it back together but thankfully the cables fixed it. Thanks @M4R5_FPV and @JakbP for your help 🤘.

It's been all work no play for a while 🤕. Managed to sneak out just in time to catch this nice sunset at the lake and have some time leftover for a paddle 🛶.
I think I pushed battery trying for some quick orbits and sacrificed a prop to a fence-post💀 but it's all good. The adventure was worth it.

Excellent beginner quad
Although not my first, I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking to get into the hobby or looking for a second quad to casually fly around during coffee breaks. This quad is so light and nimble, it's near indestructible. Has no problem recovering from risky acrobatic maneuvers, dives, flips and tricks. Highly recommend doubling down on the BetaFPV Lava 300mAh battery packs. Binding was easy and straightforward to an Eachine EV 800D and Radiomaster Zorro.
Would definitely consider the all in one flight controller for a custom whoop build.

Walksnail Users and experienced pilots, Please help!
I got this Caddx Gofilm 20 with the Walksnail Moonlight VTX a couple months ago and had a great time flying it. Everything was fine until it survived ~ half a dozen mild crashes and eventually the video feed stopped.
The VTX seems to be working fine, outputs the OSD and binds to the goggles but there is absolutely NO VIDEO. My other WS VTXs work fine and my guess is either the camera or the camera mipi cable might be toast.
Anyone else that faced a similar issue ? I'd really appreciate some suggestions.

Another day, another spot but with the BetaFPV Air 65 (AIO). Video is from Eachine EV 800D. The VTX is clearly struggling around the trees. I tried several methods to change the VTX Power on it but for some reason the VTX is never "ready" in betaflight. Anyway, here's some shots of this tiny one eyed little bird.

Took out my Flywoo Firefly 16 to this nice little creek at local park. Super fun to fly and maneuver at low speeds. The Walksnail Avatar HD Mini 1S struggles with ghost branches and it got tangled up several times 😅.
