Best Budget FPV 5-Inch Freestyle Camera Under $100?

Analog, looking for an action camera I am only 16 and don’t make much money but I will go to around 200 but perferably keep it under. want it to take a beating but also deliver good footage and I don’t know how to mount it so I have to figure that out too. Been looking at go pro 11 mini, hero session 5 and dji osmos action 2, probably get them used or something, I’m still trying to figure it out

if you mean something similar to a GoPro or DJI cam then I would recommend a Runcam Thumb2 pro ($99.99). It works quite well if set up properly ;)

@KJwolf606 I don't own or have ever owned a Runcam 5 but from what I have read it has a few points were it slightly differs from the Thumb2 Pro. For example the Thumb2 pro can record at 4k60fps while the Runcam 5 can do a 4k30fps. Main difference for me would be weight (Runcam 5 56grams / Thumb2 Pro 27grams).

I just use the DJI 04 pro to record freestyle or even the 04 lite with an axis flying aluminium casing for the camera and air unit.
You then have the option to put a gopro etc on if you want to for a "steady fly about"

I use the runcam thumb 2 pro. I use the 2.7k, 60fps mode for all of my practice videos. I render the video in 4k 60fps if I'm posting on youtube! Works great! The camera does not take a hit very well, so I made a bullet proof housing for it. Unless I take a hit directly on the lens, the camera can take a hell of a beating! I still have two new camers on deck. I hope runcam doesn't stop making them. As for the Thumb2, haven't tried one yet. 😁

I think I would be willing to splurge on like a 150 dollar to 200 dollar action camera but it needs to be good at audio recording and can take a beating. I also have to figure out how to mount it
