@EpicPieFlavour I mean it does look good, I just don't want to start there, because if I get the goggles for it, then every DJI build after that is going to be a minimum of $180 just for the DJI unit.... where you can build a WHOLE drone for $180 with analog

I'm in the same boat as you and here is my current my plan:

I also want to end up digital (o4 with N3) but for learning I'm going to buy a sub 250-gram analog drone ($169), use the E800D ($100), and for footage, I plan on getting a 4k insta360 camera ($69) to mount on the front. I am going to buy a radio master radio ($70) as well that I plan to use for all future builds

once I feel like I am flying well enough, I plan on forking out the money for N3 and o4 lite so I can ditch the insta360 and E800D

I'm big into drone games, came across this one a while back (goes on sale for $1.99)

and only get it with a friend because the population is <5 most of the time

but its pretty fun for drone fights with an objective in mind

Here is a kit I was looking at for getting started, this is imo more similar to a diy drone kit, with everything you need to fly and get familiar with the parts

What simulation games is everyone playing here?

I've been playing "Uncrashed" on steam, its pretty good, any other ones I should be on the look out for?
