Are they new fc and motors? I would check betaflight, in the radio tab, see what the bars are doing when you move the sticks. It does sound like a runaway, excessive vibrations and the fc trying to correct for it I think. Check motor direction, idle percent in the motors tab, with 19k kv motors, maybe 4-5% should be fine

Dirty motor or bent shaft sounds pretty likely. Tiny whoops get crashed a ton and collect hair and other junk when you fly inside

Finally got this thing up in the air! This is the second flight (first full pack) and a year makes a huge difference. Definitely have some things to relearn but it flies! And I can see stuff! So effing jazzed!
