@jfpoulin ok, ordered one now, and if it sucks because of the FOV at least I have first hand experience of it being bloody awfull and can make it my life achievment to keep people from buing it ;-)

I am from Germany so getting anything FPV related is not an issue.

I fly both Analog and DJI regularly with like 70% preference for analog lately. Its just better than O4 in everything but resolution. Faster, cheaper, recovers quicker after a signal loss.

Still, I would be interested in trying out the o4 light and I have the goggles already. I also already have an analog 2.5 build so its either building another analog or trying out the o4 and eventually wasting 100Euro.

I am not saying that I would do anything irresponsible with this quad but eventually it could be flying after sunset too, so low light performance is an issue, but I am more worried about the low FOV.

Guys, I need your help.

I am building a Kayoumini 2.5 and can't decide between real FPV with Analog or going DJI instead.

I fly O4pro / Vista already and would consider the o4 lite for the 2.5 - but I am a bit scared of the poopy FOV. Is it really that bad?

It does no harm if it is removed and removing it isn't hard.

But it can lead to issues. I'd always take it out and keep it as a spare cable.

Batteries are consumables and cnhl is decent.

Are there better batteries? Yes.

Do I feel a difference? Sometimes.

Is it essential? No.

Given a limited budget I'd have more fun with 5 CNHL batteries than 3 premium ones.

Another vote for them from me as well. I fly the Xing 1404 3800kv on my sub 250 volador 3.5. may not be the fastest high performance motor but "good" is good enough for me.

Do you fly with the stock lens? I loved the image quality of the pro but the stock lens gave me tunnel vision.

I changed it to a wider one and now it's perfect.

Another vote for a pocket. And later if you still want absolutely unnecessary but cool upgrades, you can still buy ag01 nanos for it.

Then it isn't cheap anymore and feels much more premium, too.
