Can I Use Pico and VAS Skyhammer Antennas on HDZero Goggles?
Question for my HDZero Box friends. Now that I have an HDZero rig on the way, I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of the goggles. As long as I don't mix polarities, i should be ok using a pico on one side and a VAS Skyhammer on the other? Both RHCP (omni).

VAS makes excellent antennas.
True rc makes the match stick which is great
It helped my video when my main Omni was just long enough to clear my head. Head filled with essentially water and signal doesn’t pass through it well. Looks a tad odd with the long stem but flying behind yourself get way better video.

Ok that's what I wanted to know. Very few omni that I used on sub 200 mw VTX's and analog goggles didn't seem to give me much room to fly behind myself without a ton of loss. It's also helpful to know that I should get that VAS up in the air. I was told that every connector adds a big of signal degradation, but it's probably too small to even realize. I've got the pico sitting flat. Would there be benefit to putting that at the end of a 60 mm extender with a 45 degree elbox?

I’m assuming the pico is a patch/directional antenna. A should be facing the area your going to be in as the signal is in the shape of a wedge and doesn’t wrap behind you. It will reach further out but is good in the direction it faces. I’ve got one on another set of gogz and I run a 45 on it to get it to face the same direction as where I’m facing so if I’m looking down towards a far away area to check out I have the range boost of the patch to cover that spot.
