take a look at the chart they have for those specific motors. I know it might be complicated to read, but this info determines a lot of how your build will fly. At 100% throttle with 3 blade 5" props, those motors produce ~6400g of total thrust, take that number and divide it by the theoretical total weight of the build, including battery, action cam, etc. This will tell you your thrust to weight ratio, which tells you a lot about how it will fly. you want a 4:1 minimum for slow flight, no evasive maneuvers, 8:1 or more for freestyle. A 700g total build would be around 9:1, which is pretty decent. Also look at the total max amps for all 4 motors, you want to make sure your esc and batteries are rated for the amount of current that will flow through them (preferably with a decent amount of headroom).
