Not to step on the post, but maybe this helps everyone: The Art of Electronics by Horowitz and Hill, Practical Engineering for Inventors by Scherz and Monk, and some amazon/Ali electronics kits. They sell random component kits, but they also sell "soldering practice kits" that are blank boards with loose components and they just give you the wiring diagram to figure it out. And as M4R5 says, YouTube and ai haha.
The most advanced kit ive done so far is an oscilloscope thats actually pretty accurate for something built in my living room, but they're a lot of fun in general if you like puzzles and soldering!!
