Just don't start, crash or land in a wet area or snow. Don't fly when it's raining or snowing. Try to keep your batteries/ lipos at around 20°C before using them or put them in your jacket at least. Like @jfpoulin mentioned the downside of flying in such weather conditions is that the batteries won't last long.
Yes, you can even fly at -10°C and more but if you crash into snow, it's possible that the motors won't start spinning straight away but they'll be fine later on.
