Are they new fc and motors? I would check betaflight, in the radio tab, see what the bars are doing when you move the sticks. It does sound like a runaway, excessive vibrations and the fc trying to correct for it I think. Check motor direction, idle percent in the motors tab, with 19k kv motors, maybe 4-5% should be fine

in the receiver tab, everything is all right just that when ever after i arm the quad and slowly lift throttle, once is up in the air at some certain point the quad will just take control of itself and just slowly fly upwards even though i pulled the throttle down to 0%, after it falls and i disarm it, it says RUNAWAY. Before everything and when i was just setting the quad up i realized two of the motors were just twitching so i asked AI and it said that i should go to esc config and pull up the arm power so that the motors will have more power to spin and rotate. I don't know what i did wrong man, i'm just real sad right now cuz i used lotsss of money man.(RM1,150+=280$+). I know that for you Americans entering fpv is quite cheap because of the betafpv air 65/75 but in Malaysia, is hard man, its like RM450 for an air 75 V2 but in America, a drone cost like 80$-100$+ (darwinfpv baby ape), a Pocket TX is like 65$ and you can get a used goggle for like 50$-80$ too!!! Is almost less that 250$ or 280$.
