Designing a New Drone with a Carbon Fiber Frame

I decided to build me another drone because I had so much fun designing and building my first experimental drone. While the overall design will stay the same I m switching from a glass fiber core (base plate was made out of a cf-gf-cf sandwich) to a full carbon fiber frame. I want a stiffer frame for the next project.

While most electronics will stay the same I still need to decide which video system to use.

Its quite a hassle but worth it :)
I used Freecad to design my frame. The first one was build using a 3d printer to print the parts but I saw very fast that (while it is possible) its not the best idea to build the frame using a 3d printer. Its good for the first design (to see how it will look and if the design can be done).
So I looked into companies like PCBWay but that was way to expensive for a prototype without the plan to mass produce it. I ended up 3d printing a mold to do my own carbon fiber parts (using a special epoxy resin and woven carbon fiber cloth). Of course its not that exact as cnc cut parts but it works quite good.
I use a 3d printed template to drill the needed holes for the stack/standoffs..
and after building the drone... tune, tune, tune like a mad man
