Thanks for posting the video - very good reminder that safe battery management practices are super important. Sounds pretty scary when it happens. I'm double checking everything after watching this. Ya freaking me out man! ☠️

No problem and definitely same here. I've been meaning to order a steel ammo can to keep my lipo bags in and kept putting it off. Got my order placed halfway through watching the vid lol

@BlaqkstarFPV When I got mine I was advised to remove the rubber seal under the lid so no pressure could build up in the ammo case. I did leave small sections of the seal on the corners to lift the lid a little and allow a gap for gasses to escape (plus lid won't rattle around). See the image of the lid.

Thank you for sharing this. It's really important to keep an eye on these little energetic packs! I follow the methodology that no matter what I do, no storage system is fully fireproof. I keep a fire extinguisher near by and know all of my ammo can storage boxes lined with welders blankets, and lipo bags and other mitigation practices are only there to keep an incident contained, not stopped. It is important to have a safety plan in place. I'm glad Kraken is safe. You can replace things, you can't replace a life.

Definitely feel you here. It's been a minute since I flew my smaller 6S packs that I use on the 3.5" - gonna have to give them all a quick voltage check after work.

@BlaqkstarFPV Yeah, especially when it comes to their internal resistance. It's a hard metric to track on the smaller packs. I usually go by their voltage sag when in flight. If I see it doesn't perform like it used to, they go straight to the barbecue.
