Issues with Speedy Bee F405 Blackbox: Need Assistance
I am running a speedy bee F405 and for some reason it won’t let me use my Blackbox anymore. I am on the newest firmware and it records fine I guess but when trying to download it it won’t let me.

Did you try to download it directly in betaflight or do you open the blackbox as an external device?

I tried the app running on my pc and in chrome. Neither worked… I dont know what you mean by opening it as an external device? It did work via the web app just fine. I also tried resetting it from scratch but that also didnt help…

@Wasndesfürncombi depending on which Firmware you have on your flight controller it needs a certain betaflight version. E.g. if you have version 4.5.2 it should connect to the web app as well as the former version which had an installer. If you are running 2025.12 (which is the latest version) it can only connect to the betaflight web app in chrome.

@Wasndesfürncombi if you connect your drone to betaflight and switch to the blackbox register you can choose to try the experimental way of downloading it directly through betaflight or open the blackbox as an external device (which is like a USB stick available through the windows explorer) is what I meant with my earlier comment.
