Solved My Binding Problem: UID Mismatch Fixed!
Worked out my binding problem - binding phrase screw up with the UID - they were mismatched so was never going to work. Redid the binding phrase checking the UID to ensure they matched. Problem gone and I was able to make my first successful bind. I'm a total noob and this is all new to me. I feel good.

Awesome My brother!! No matter how simple it may seem to others it's all knowledge in the process. Especially when you get to use it to help someone else.

I’ve never used a binding phrase,just plug in 3 times and done.and on spi receivers use the bind button on betaflight on the tabs page.I don’t see the point in binding phrases.

I hear you. I got my Pocket radio ages ago and went through all the advice on setting it up and the binding phrase was in the mix. I did not fully understand it's use and got muddled up when I finally got my new drone and boofed up the phrase input on the drone. It was such a low sinking feeling for me cause I am CLUELESS scared and timid, but I felt so good when I figured out my noob mistake. Unfortunately I always learn everything the hard way. King of the world. My first fly day is getting closer.
