Recommendations for Remote ID External Modules?

Do you use a remote id external module? If so what do you recommend? Do you know of a smaller self contained module? I just grabbed this to replace my old one. This one is just half the size. I put a quarter in the photo so you can tell how small it is. Supposed to work over 5 hours, on a single charge. I’m not sure how remote ID works around the world. I know here in America we have to, for above sub 250 or part 107 etc.
