Testing Flyfish 3.5 with Axisflying 60A Stack and 1804 Motors
So I’ve temporarily used the axisflying 60amp stack, from my manta 3.6 build. I just wanted to see how this flyfish 3.5 would do, with 1804 3500kv motors. I gotta say, it flies amazingly. It’s handling so smoothly. I’d have to say it flew a little better than my Apex 3” build. I might just keep this setup the way it is now. Maybe figure something else out, for the Manta. I have batteries and flight stacks otw. I enjoyed flying this little thing so much! I definitely recommend this frame, If you haven’t already built one. Not quite as nice as the Manta, but not far off either.

Looks great man, I'm yet to get my vx3 build up and running but I'm looking forward to it. Just a suggestion, see if theres another hole on the camera mounting plates that you can put the camera on. Having it sticking out like that is likely to damage it in a crash.

Good suggestion. This stack was taken from another build, temporarily. To test these motors, on this frame. There isn’t room to slide it back as it is. If I decide to keep it this way I’ll slide it back. I’d have to move the cap. It’s glued with conformal coating. I’m still waiting for other stacks before making a final decision. I’m confident in my flying, I won’t crash until I know it’s finished. I also have a plan to make custom mounts for a remote Id module, I was thinking of wrapping the front plate with protective tpu as well. We’ll see what happens.

Even just having 2 tpu plates stick out infront of it would help massively, only has to be a couple mm's. Good luck with it
