Practicing FPV Setup with My Father's Iron
I'm almost getting ready to do the final thing.. practice makes better... I had to use my father iron... he was the best at that kind of things... it tell me that the iron is the main thing here.. I'm not one to buy things for nothing but the little mount with the lens is saving my life and my sight. (Do notice how I destroyed the first row on my first attempt)

Nice! The latest solder joints look quite good. Keep up with it! Yeah, a helping hand and lens are a must for such tiny pads. Unless you got a superb eyesight 🤣

I would like to have a go at developing my soldering skills it seems like an important part of the 'fpv hobby'. So I just ordered soldering gear... could be my chance to see if I can stuff something up with it. 🤪

I discovered that the iron itself is very important, the lens for old eyes is very important also :)

Hey mate, I think the iron I picked out will okay - I had not thought much about seeing what I'm doing. So thanks I will look for something suitable. I did see you had a magnifying aid in one of your posts I will go back and find that one you had. Maybe you can suggest a 'better' one now you have tried it. Yes my eyesight 😵💫 is also getting old like me.
🦘 Perfect fly day here right now, but it's a 'no go' day for me, so sad. Such is life.
