Help! Drone in Failsafe Mode After Testing Arming and Beeper
HELP!
My drone just decided to go into some sort of failsafe mode. right after I was testing the arming and beeper, I turned off the controller and then the drone a few minutes later I was ready to fly but when I powered it up the receiver had no control over anything, I tried like trying to rebind it, but it did not do anything I looked through betaflight and when I went to the receiver tab and it said that failsafe was active and that there would be no receiver inputs or something. I feel like I tried everything but I'm a beginner so I don't know, if you need more info to help, please just ask and I will try to answer.

do you have a failsafe switch set up in the modes tab?

I think but I don't have any control over the drone so I can't turn it on or off

Betaflight causes failsafe when there is a dedicated amount of packet loss between the RX and your TX (no connection = 100% packet loss). Is the receiver properly conneted with the FC? If there are any lights on it meant to be on but they are black I would check the power supply of the RX. I hope you get it fixed :D

is it on the wrong the UART? Did it say rx loss followed by failsafe? That happened to me too. I found out that the cable soldered on the receiver was torn off. After i soldered it back, i armed and flew like normal. Check the solder joints. Good luck!!

I also forgot to mention that the goggles said crash flip switch and that there was 0 connection to the transmitter idk if that is important or not

idk but maybe the crash flip switch is because the failsafe on that quad is configured to turn this on. btw my drone also gets into failsafe before the radio is connected. Did you check the wires/soldering joints between the receiver and the FC?
