Final Trip to Missouri: Family Cabin FPV Flight
A final trip down to Missouri to say goodbye to mom officially. Invited family back to the cabin afterward to decompress and let anyone who was interested ride along on my old goggles (BetaFPV VR03).
This is one of those packs.

Nice flight! What VTX are you using? It looks like great transmission and no breakup.

Thanks! VTX is from DarwinFPV - stock @600mW. The real MVP here was the upgrade from the old goggles to the DJI Goggles v2. Slapped a BDI Digidapter, SpeedyBee module, and MenaceRC combo antenna set on there and it's been super clean ever since

what did people think when you took them for a ride along?

They all loved it - everybody was very enthusiastic. Across four packs, I think they split the time up among nine people. The idea that flying a drone could be reasonably affordable (tariff BS notwithstanding xD) was a revelation for my cousins.

Cool thing but do you mean your mother passed away? (Final goodbye?) Otherwise cool flight... i do that sometime in park with my cell phone... (Cause DJI won't let you connect to a second goggles) :(

Yeah, she died on the 11th after a year-long battle with cancer

My sincerest condolences, my friend.
She is flying free now, a spirit unbound, carried on the wind to the vast land beyond our reality.
