0Recently retired from the US Navy and moved to TX. I fly both quads and RC planes that I build from foam board like Flite Test. Haven't been doing much flying as of late but hopefully that will change.

rips on my 3.5"!
paired with a 4S 660mAh battery and what can i say? it just works! you just can't go wrong with T-Motor.

back in 2020, i built up an Armattan Tadpole 2.5" and was ripping it around the back yard which was surrounded by a wooded area. coming out of a dive, i crashed into a tree and hit the ground, as one does. i lost video so i assumed the battery ejected. i knew almost exactly where i went down so i started the walk of shame. i looked for almost an hour and never found it. when i reviewed my goggle footage i found out why. i went frame by frame during the last 4 seconds of the footage. i could clearly see a squirrel grabbing the camera with it's teeth before video was lost. i assume it dragged my quad off to squirreltown because i never found it. i eventually built a new one but put HDZero in it instead of analog. i still have that one...lol

Best Radio Ever!
I came from a Zorro which I loved but hated the batteries. Also have the TX16S which is huge. The GX12 is the perfect size for me and the customization ability is amazing too. The dual band is just the icing on the cake. So glad I made the switch!
