To answer your question, just any folded cell that's 300mah or 270mah would work.
However, soldering is an unavoidable part of FPV, I think you would be much better off by just learning how to solder and installing a BT2.0 connector, the difference between using a BT2.0 and a PH2.0 connector is massive
