It goes completely out of control. I think you might be right. But the thing is I've calibrated the drone on a flat surface. Is there a different thing I can do?

I recently had to replace a motor and the esc on my drone. Now this drone after reseting everything does not fly properly. I can arm it, then hover. But once I start moving I think one of the motors kicks in a bit more than the others and makes the drone drift quickly to one one side and crash. Does anyone have a idea why this would be happening?
