Hi, I have a ViFly Toothstor to charge BT3.0 lipos, but it also has standard balance ports. No problems when used to charge BT3.0 batteries. I attempted to charge some 2S batteries via the balance ports, and the toothstor would exhibit strange behaviors like reading cell voltage incorrectly and shutting down unexpectedly. In my troubleshooting, it killed two different USB-C power supplies. Batteries work just fine on my SkyRC chargers.
Does this sound familiar to anyone, I wonder if I'm using the charger incorrectly as I assumed I could charge using the balance ports. Am I using too much current? The back of the unit lists the Balance Current as 0.2A and Max Charging current as 1.5A/port. Does this mean I can only charge at 0.2A when using the balance ports?

Best compact single output 1-6s charger
I made the mistake of purchasing a couple different large chargers before finally landing on this awesome, little charger. It can provide more power, faster, and all through an easy to read screen and intuitive controls.
There are a couple other neat features like the capability to power your goggles (with the correct adapter), quick battery checker in the field, and option to discharge a battery for safe disposal.
Also come in fun colors, like Nintendo red & blue. Why spend more on less capable chargers?
