What to Start With for Competing in Drone Races?
I want to start competing in drone races , I’ve been flying for quite a long time now. I wanted to ask those of you who compete: what do you recommend starting with? Simulators? Small drones with gates?

I dont go to races irl yet, but soon Im going to post a free .stl of my 65mm/75mm practice gate that is specifically designed to be technical to fly through so you get better. I just use old plant hooks and yard-sign frames as gates in my back yard for 2".
Thats a nice looking set up, but you covered the dope looking patch!
