Cinelog 30 V3 Tuning Issues: Drone Jumping During Hover

Hi guys, Im pretty new to fpv, just a month in training and getting my first drone.

I have a cinelog 30 v3 which i got second hand and currently trying to tune it.

It seems that during slow take off or low hover, the drone keeps jumping up and down so i cannot do low hover.

Am i doing it wrong or do i need to tune something in betaflight??

This could be the ground effect if you are at very low altitude and in air mode. It's completely normal.

@Spidemman The 'ground effect' had me baffled for a while when I started. But I am well aware of it now. It's air flow molecular physics baby! gif

I have the same drone and also new to FPV. That "bouncing" all over the place when taking off, low flying and landing scared me at the start but that is deffo Airmode doing that. My understanding is that before Airmode was a thing and if you had zero throttle, your motors would stop spinning and you could literally drop out of the sky, you could add throttle and they would of course start spinning again but when you are like me and not good at flying that does help a lot, well except when landing hehe.
