Try to be tighter around the corners? Make your camera angle higher too? I guess? I'm also not really a racer, just a freestyler irl. But i wanna try racing too cuz it looks fun.

I tried the same track and I'm NOT a racer, at first I struggled to match you but then once I did I upped the camera angle to the maximum and concentrated on tighter turns and shaved it down to 54 seconds. Also don't be afraid to roll upside down out of a turn if it helps the line. Concentrate on consistency and remember.... "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast".

Looks pretty good, honestly. Remember for when you get to harder maps: the smoother your turns are, the faster you're probably going. Slow is fast, fast is slow

that looks really good to me :D. I think the camera angel is way to low for that speed.
