15+ years ago, I tried building a drone with Arduino and failed miserably. I never had a maiden flight and eventually gave up. Last year I bought a transmitter, and since then I’ve only practiced with simulators. My best moment was finishing my first race in Liftoff without smashing into the ground. I restarted that race so many times that when I finally completed it, I also finished first and got the gold medal 😂
