Just Got a New FPV Drone - Excited to Fly!

This is a sub 250 3" 4S build. It's the Mini version of the Lumenier 5" QAV-2 Joshua Bardwell edition. I gotta say I'm pretty psyched to get in the air with this one. Was a nice simple build, with 04 air unit, solid just like its big brother. I really enjoy these build it yourself kits! Ask anything in particular about the build that you want to know brother? Honestly you won't regret that decision. The step by step detailed instructional videos that Bardwell has for you to fallow during the build. It's like 10-15 videos per build down to soldering lessons. The kits are literally built to learn how to build a quad from the ground up. Right to Binding your other gear and how to do all the Betaflight settings. What that does is when you smash the thing you already know exactly what you need to do to fix it.

It's that dry wit that makes his educational videos and build videos so efficient. There not overly detailed with a bunch of shit you don't need to know. As for the things you do need to know. He doesn't miss a beat. Honestly his impact was huge. Ive had a tough time lately with my depression and FPV got me interested and out of my house. And having The FPV no it all, Help a complete stranger with nothing but nube questions was kindness I genuinely needed.

I turned 50 2 days after my first flight. I've been sober for 12 years, in and out of recovery since age 13. 

I don't know if you're the same, but the longer I'm sober, the more I can spot someone that would have been fun to get fucked up with. Not romaticizing the bad times, but hopefully you get what I mean.
